Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Kate Perkins has 25 years of experience in building high-performing life sciences organizations and aligning talent strategy to commercial execution. Her career includes senior leadership roles at Celgene Corporation and Elan Pharmaceuticals, where she supported global expansion, organizational design, and major product launches. She has also led HR functions at Ultragenyx Pharmaceuticals, OncoMed Pharmaceuticals, and Nevro, guiding these organizations through growth and transformation. In addition, she has advised and supported emerging biotech and medtech companies, including Accuray, Route 92 Medical, Annexon Biosciences, Inflammatix, and Aeovian Pharmaceuticals, bringing a rare blend of global pharmaceutical expertise and hands-on experience scaling innovative, growth-stage companies.

Kate holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Rutgers University.
