Katie Bush
SVP, Scientific & Medical AffairsAn accomplished scientist specializing in the translation of regenerative technologies for soft tissue applications, Dr. Bush currently serves as Senior Vice President of Scientific & Medical Affairs. In this capacity, she leads a dedicated team in the development and dissemination of clinical and scientific evidence supporting AVITA Medical's products, overseeing medical science liaisons, clinical educators, and medical communication specialists. Prior to joining AVITA Medical in 2017, she contributed to the expansion of Integra Life Sciences' tissue technology portfolio for wound care and surgical reconstruction. Dr. Bush has also held positions in research and development, as well as clinical sciences. She earned her Doctorate in biomedical engineering and medical physics from the University of Massachusetts and Worcester Polytechnic Institute, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering from the University of Rochester.
