IT Systems Specialist

What We Are Looking For:
The IT Systems Specialist will be performing activities primarily associated with business systems administration, support, deployment, enhancements, compliance objectives, and SaaS application integrations. This position requires excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to follow directions, and excellent communication skills to facilitate top-level customer service to the end-users.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Administration, implementation, and user support of new and existing business applications
- IT security and compliance administration and maintenance
- Lead development, testing, and implementation of software integrations between various SaaS applications
- Develop reports and dashboards for improved internal reporting for both financial and operational metrics
- Support established IT audit and compliance procedures and policies
- End-user support for all business applications
- End-user training on existing and future applications / upgrades
- Backup for helpdesk
- Implementation of procedures and policies to cover various privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, Sarbanes Oxley)
- Testing, validation, and documentation of updates on all applications
- Maintaining change control logs on all systems
Required Knowledge
- Strong knowledge in standardized Information Security Management policies and procedures
- Experience supporting and administering modern SaaS applications
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Power BI
- Experience supporting and installing a variety of software applications
- Internet security and data privacy principles
- Experience with SaaS integrations
- Foundational IT knowledge in networking, hardware and software support, hardware and software configurations, and troubleshooting

Experience Required
- 5+ years of system administration, design, implementation, and support
- Experience working for a publicly traded company is highly desired
- 5+ years of application end-user support
- Compliance experience required
- Audit experience required
